FEES
At Neurodiverse Universe Speech Pathology, I provide equitable, transparent fees tailored to the session length and unique needs of each client. Fees align with the NDIS price guide and government recommendations, ensuring fairness for all clients, whether accessing NDIS funding, Medicare rebates, private health insurance, or paying privately.
Assessment fees, including those for Autism assessments, are based on session length or the time required for indirect activities such as analysis and reporting. Formal reporting fees, where applicable, are charged separately to offer choice and control for comprehensive, personalised documentation.
Transparency is important to me. If fees change, I will provide at least two weeks’ notice so you can plan ahead. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to stay informed.
Initial Consultation Session
Fee: $242.49
Duration: 75 minutes
Direct contact time: 60-minute consultation
Indirect service time: 15 minutes for planning, preparation, documentation and feedback
Standard Session
Fee: $193.99
Duration: 60 minutes
Direct contact time: 45-minute consultation
Indirect service time: 15 minutes for planning, preparation, documentation and feedback
Long Session
Fee: $242.49
Duration: 75 minutes
Direct contact time: 60-minute consultation
Indirect service time: 15 minutes for planning, preparation, documentation and feedback
Short Session
Fee: $145.49
Duration: 45 minutes
Direct contact time: 30-minute consultation
Indirect service time: 15 minutes for planning, preparation, documentation and feedback
Formal Reports
Fee: $193.99 per hour
Duration: Maximum duration of 2 hours
Meeting Attendance
Fee: $193.99 per hour
Duration: Meeting duration plus indirect service time

Indirect service time: 15 minutes for planning, preparation, documentation and feedback
Travel Fees
Travel fees will be divided between clients when multiple clients are seen at the same location. When only one client is seen, standard travel fees may apply. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed in advance and charged in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide.

Autism Assessment Fees
Speech Pathology and psychology fees will be invoiced separately. Speech pathology assessment, reporting, and feedback fees will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $193.99. The total estimated hours for the assessment will be quoted and agreed upon prior to commencing. These hours will not be exceeded without prior discussion and consent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than two business days' notice are considered short notice and may incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled session, in line with the NDIS price guide. Every effort will be made to substitute face-to-face sessions with telepractice appointments, or to reschedule or offer make-up sessions where possible.
